Paintless dent repair, or PDR, is exactly what it sounds like. We remove the dent without touching your paint.
Our technicians reach in behind the panel with specialized tools and slowly work the metal back to where it started. No filler, no sanding, no repainting, no color matching. The clear coat and paint that came from the factory stay right where they are.
That’s the part that matters most. Once a panel gets repainted, it shows up on a vehicle history report and at appraisal, and it can cost you at resale. PDR leaves no trace, because there was never any paint work to begin with.

There’s no hard size limit, but anything smaller than a doorknob is usually a strong candidate. Bigger dents can sometimes be brought most of the way out, and some need traditional body work instead. Send us a photo and we’ll tell you which category yours falls into.

PDR only works when the paint is still intact. Dents right on a panel edge, damage on aluminum panels, and reinforced areas are all harder to work, and some won’t come out completely. We’ll be straight with you about that before we start rather than after.
On minor to moderate dents with the paint intact, results are usually close to invisible. It comes down to the severity of the dent and the skill of the technician, which is why we don’t hand this work to anyone who hasn’t been trained on it.
Not under normal circumstances. Once the metal is worked back into shape, it stays there. The exception is damage from a collision that shifted the panel itself, in which case the panel needs structural repair first.
Yes. We use rods of different shapes and lengths to reach behind the panel, access tools to get in without removing more than necessary, and dedicated lighting that reveals the exact shape of the dent. That lighting is a big part of why this work happens in the studio and not a parking lot.
