Great group of guys, very responsive and knowledgeable. We tinted the windows of our home for privacy and heat deflection. Your LLumar warranty covers the film against oxidizing, discoloring, bubbling, and delamination, for life. Because we’re an authorized dealer, that coverage comes straight from the manufacturer.
No. Modern architectural film is made to keep your view and your daylight while blocking heat, UV, and glare. Nearly clear options look almost identical to untreated glass. If you go with a darker or reflective film for privacy, it will change the look somewhat, and we’ll show you samples so you know exactly what to expect.
It depends on how many windows you’re doing. Smaller jobs are usually finished the same day. A full home with a lot of glass may take longer, and we’ll give you a timeline once we’ve seen the space.
Easy. Any window cleaner that doesn’t contain ammonia will work, along with a lint-free microfiber towel. Ammonia breaks the film down over time, so that’s the one thing to avoid.
Most types, yes. Single pane, double pane, tempered, and laminated glass can all take film. Some specialty glass needs a specific film to avoid problems, which is why we inspect and measure on site before recommending anything.
