A vinyl wrap is a thin, adhesive film applied over your car’s factory paint. It covers the panels completely, so the car reads as a different color, but the original paint stays exactly where it is underneath.
Unlike paint, a wrap isn’t a one way decision. A wrap comes off whenever you want. Change your mind in three years and it peels away clean, with the factory finish still there. That matters at resale, because original paint is what holds a car’s value. A repaint doesn’t give you that option, and it doesn’t protect anything either. Wraps do, shielding your paint from UV rays, road grime, and everyday wear for as long as they’re on the car.
You also get finishes paint can’t easily do. Matte, satin, textured, brushed metal, color shifting. Things that would cost a fortune to spray and can’t be undone once they’re on.
At Daylan’s Detailing, our certified team handles the whole process, from picking a finish that suits your car to prepping the surface and laying every panel by hand. Book your wrap consultation in Sea Girt today.
Not every wrap is a full color change. Whether you want the whole car done or just a few details cleaned up, we’ll match the option to what you’re after.
Every painted panel wrapped in the color and finish you pick. The biggest visual change you can make to a car, and it’s completely reversible.
Blacking out the chrome trim, window surrounds, grille, and badges. Small change, big difference, and one of the most requested jobs we do.
Logos, lettering, and full vehicle branding for work trucks, vans, and fleets. Turn your work vehicles into moving advertising.
Same color, five completely different looks. Pick the finish that fits your car, we stock all of them at our Sea Girt studio.
Deep shine and sharp reflections, closest to a factory paint job. Clean, classic, and hides light dirt better than most finishes.
Completely flat with zero reflection. It gives the car a stealth look and puts all the attention on its shape instead of its shine.
The middle ground. A soft, low sheen that catches light without the mirror effect of gloss. Popular on darker colors and luxury builds.
Brushed metal, carbon fiber, forged patterns. You can see it and feel it, which is why it works well on hoods, roofs, and accent panels.
The color changes depending on the light and the angle you're standing at. Purple to blue, green to gold, whatever the film does. Nothing else on the road looks like it.
Expert service and elite results, that’s the standard on every wrap we install at our Sea Girt studio. Here’s what that actually means for your car.
The wrap takes the UV, road grime, and daily wear so your factory paint doesn't. Your resale value stays intact.
We wrap in 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, Inozotek, Evolv, Pure PPF, and LLumar. Better films hold color longer and come off clean.
Full wraps, chrome deletes, or a single accent panel. We'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your car, no upselling.
Every wrap goes on indoors in a clean, temperature-controlled space. Dust and heat are what cause bubbles and lifting edges, so we remove both from the equation.
Want a change? The wrap peels off clean, leaving the factory paint exactly as it was. No damage, no residue, no commitment.
We walk the car with you panel by panel at pickup. If something isn't right, we fix it then.
Every wrap we install starts with the same commitment: premium film, careful prep, and hand installation on every panel. This is what that process looks like at our Sea Girt studio.
No shortcuts, no cut corners on tight panels, and no dust or heat working against us mid install. Just a controlled studio, the right film for your car, and a finished result you walk out with the same day.
Try finishes and colors on a 3D model before you commit. Then bring your build to our Sea Girt studio.

Four steps, no guesswork. Here’s what happens from your first call to the day you pick up the car.
We start with what you’re picturing, then help you narrow down color and finish. We keep samples from every major wrap brand on hand, so you can see the film on your car in real light before committing to anything.
We check the paint first, because a wrap follows whatever is underneath it. If correction is needed, we handle it. Then the whole exterior gets a deep clean and prep so the vinyl bonds properly and stays put.
Panel by panel, by hand, using heat and pressure to work the film into every curve and edge. No bubbles, no wrinkles, no shortcuts on the tricky panels.
We go over the finished car with you before you leave, checking every edge and seam. If anything needs adjusting, we handle it right there.
These aren’t for show. Every certification here reflects a standard we meet on every single vehicle that comes through our doors.

Don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what Jersey Shore drivers have to say after working with us.

A professionally installed wrap from a premium film brand (3M, Avery, KPMF) lasts 5-7 years on average. Garage-kept vehicles can hit 7+ years; daily drivers parked outside generally land at 5.
No, when installed and removed correctly. Vinyl wrap is specifically designed to protect the paint underneath and remove cleanly. Damage typically only happens with cheap film, old/already-failing paint, or untrained installers.
Yes. Hand wash is recommended. Avoid automatic brush washes (they can lift the edges). Touchless car washes are fine. We’ll send you complete aftercare instructions at pickup.
We can, but we don’t recommend it — anything wrong with the paint shows through the wrap. We’ll inspect your paint first and recommend paint correction if it’ll improve the final result.
